General FAQs

Are parents permitted to accompany the children on the camp premises?

Our camp premises are designated exclusively for our campers. Parents are only allowed on-site during registration day and the closing ceremony.

For safety and safeguarding reasons, parents, guardians, or other visitors are not permitted on the premises at any other time unless they receive a special invitation or permission from camp management.

Safeguarding Measures:
All on-site staff have completed safeguarding training conducted by certified trainers, ensuring the safety and well-being of every camper throughout the camp.

Yes, parents or guardians are required to bring their child to Epsom College on registration day, unless the camper is arriving via our chaperoned flight. After registration, campers remain under our care for the entire duration of the camp.

Rooms typically accommodate 2–6 campers, depending on the boarding house. Campers are carefully grouped to encourage friendships and harmony.

Pick-up and drop-off are the responsibility of parents or guardians. Please ensure campers arrive on time for training sessions and are collected promptly afterwards.

Non-boarding parents commonly use Grab or their own vehicles. In case of an emergency, our staff at the main reception or lobby are available to assist with transportation.

For boarding campers, parents may choose to stay in KL City or explore other parts of Malaysia after dropping off their children on registration day.

Parents are welcome to attend the closing ceremony, and an email will be sent to confirm your attendance.

We also have partner hotels offering special rates for parents staying in Kuala Lumpur or near KL International Airport. You can view the available options here: Partner Hotels

All campers are required to have comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation or interruption, baggage loss, and personal liability. Parents are responsible for purchasing insurance for their children. We strongly recommend adding both travel and medical insurance as a precaution.
