Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of RM2,000 per camper is required prior to the commencement of this camp. The deposit may be used to cover medical emergencies, incidental costs, damages, or any additional charges incurred during the camp. Any remaining balance will be refunded within 30 days after the camp concludes.

Guardianship Requirement

For the safety and well-being of all campers, a local guardian must be appointed and be able to arrive at the camp site within three hours if required. Where this is not possible, a guardianship service is available. Any applicable charges will be deducted from the Security Deposit or invoiced accordingly.
